About us
General Information
Public Association "Reproductive Health Training Center” from the Republic of Moldova is a non-profit and non-governmental Organization. The Center cooperates with the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of the State Medical and Pharmaceutical University "Nicolae Testemitanu" with Municipal Clinic Hospital N1, the Republican Center of Reproductive Health, with national and international NGO related to youth and women’s issues. The Reproductive Health Training Center is the member of an European organization network operating in the field of rights and sexual and reproductive health ASTRA (www.astra.org.pl)
In 2003 the Center was granted the status of "public utility".Since 2005, the Center has been the coordinating organization of the International Consortium for Medical Abortion (ICMA) - www.medicalabortionconsortium.org.

Goals and Objectives
Activity goals and main objectives are:
- Training service providers and community members in reproductive health issues;
- Development , scientific justification and implementation of community members’ and doctors’ training programs in reproductive health;
- Implementation of cost-efficient technologies, recommended by WHO, concerning pregnancy interruption, the concept of "patient-centered system" in the reproductive health services providing system.
